1.      Explain, with diagrams, 5 exercises you can do to help stay healthy at the computer.
Ans: Crack your knuckles, back, neck and your fingers. Reach for the sky, touch the ground, and do splits.
2.       Give 2 Ergonomic tips for the setup of a computer at your desk:
           Ans: Keyboard/Mouse Position: At the position when u bend your hand.
          PC: At eye level or a little lower than your eye level.
          
          3.      Find an ergonomic keyboard online that is under $100. Over and one that   is over $100.

4.      Are the workstations you are using now set up properly from an ergonomical point of view? Explain
